Bucket Elevators

Bucket Elevators

Bucket elevators are a highly efficient method of elevating bulk materials vertically. They consist of a series of buckets attached to a belt or chain with pulleys or sprockets located at the top and bottom of the unit. The buckets are in a casing or housing to contain the material.

Application Area:

Bucket elevators are designed to handle a wide variety of bulk materials, ranging from average to very free-flowing materials.

Features:

Several bucket and casing sizes are available to handle capacities up to 20,000 cubic feet per hour. Bucket elevators are completely enclosed for dust and weather-tight operation. Inlet sections can be control-fed or flood-loaded with bulk materials.

Customization Options:

  • Construction materials: A variety of materials available including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and abrasion-resistant alloys to suit your specific requirements.
  • Belt and chain options: Elevators available in both belt and chain types to meet your specific needs.
  • Take-up options: Choose from screw-type or internal gravity take-ups for added versatility.
  • Heavy-duty construction: Elevators built with heavy-duty construction to increase lifespan and reduce downtime.
