Tripper conveyors
Overview:
- Belt Trippers are short belt conveyors that are used to divert the flow of bulk materials off through a chute. These can be positioned at different points along a main belt conveyor, allowing bulk materials to discharge off the Belt Tripper to another belt conveyor, to storage, or to processing.
Application Area:
- Belt Trippers are used in many industries including aggregate, lime, chemical, mining, and power industries for discharging bulk materials to storage or processing.
Features:
- GREENING Belt Trippers have the following features:
- Capacities up to 20,000 cubic feet per hour can easily be handled.
- Can either be in a fixed position or travel continuously at a constant speed for layered stacking.
- Used to solve many applications where more than one conveyor discharge position is required.
- Ideal for situations where a reversing belt is needed with discharges at both ends, many bins need to be filled along the conveyor, or a long continuous pile such as filling a bulk storage building is required.
Customisation Options:
- GREENING Belt Trippers offer customisation options that include:
- Heavy-duty structural frames and supports for system rigidity.
- Heavy-duty inlet skirting to eliminate spillage at discharge transition.
- Abrasion-resistant belting to reduce wear and increase life.
- Heavy-duty idlers with anti-friction bearings to increase idler life and reduce horsepower requirements.
- High-torque drive units to power through upset conditions.
Industries Served:
Greening Belt Trippers are used in various industries, including:
- Earth minerals, Wood chips, Ash, Coal, Ammonium sulphate, Perlite, Vermiculite, Cement, Biomass, Gypsum, Potash, Sulphur, Coal, Fertilizers, Clinker, Aggregates, Petroleum
